Plans Approved for Phase 2 at Liberty
03/03/2008
Ask Life has now been given the go-ahead by the council for the second phase of its Liberty scheme at St Petersfield, Ashton-Under-Lyne. Following on from the first phase of 72 stunning city-style apartments, the second phase - which will be situated at the site of a former fire station - will comprise 92 one and two bedroom apartments.
Duncan Bowman, director of Ask Life, said: "We're delighted with the success of sales for the first scheme and with the new marketing suite particularly as it offers purchasers a great opportunity to view the plots and price list and talk through our first-time buyer options."
A two bedroom show apartment is also available to view within the suite, which has been expertly dressed by local furniture store IKEA, to show potential purchasers how the space can be best used to work for their lifestyles.
First-time buyers can also take advantage of Life Support, a scheme which allows purchasers to pay their deposit by monthly instalments from the time they exchange to the time the apartment is built. Special offers will also be available on selected plots specifically for the launch.
With prices starting from around £99,950, fully-fitted luxury bathrooms and modern contemporary kitchens, complete with stainless steel appliances, the apartments are expected to sell out soon.
The marketing suite is on Stamford Street West, and is open from Thursday to Monday, 10.30am to 5pm. For further sales information contact Ask Life on 0870 242 4499 or visit the website at www.asklife.co.uk.
