Second Phase of Apartments in Urmston

Ask Life has a second phase of one and two-bedroom apartments at Eden Square, Urmston, Manchester. Prices start at around £115,000 for a one-bedroom apartment and from £150,000 for a two-bedroom apartment.

There is a small number of apartments available in the first phase, with prices starting from £118,000 for a one-bedroom property. They are due for occupation next spring.

The apartments are central to a wider scheme to redevelop Urmston shopping centre, which is being led by Ask Developments and Trafford Council.

Completion of the first phase will also include a new 50,000 sq ft Sainsbury's food store, library, car parking and 13 of an eventual 28 shop units.

Head of sales Sian Pitt, said:

"With demand for the first phase so high, we're expecting interest in the second phase to be equally great.

Despite the current lull in the residential market, the transformation of the location means that we're expecting people to buy into the medium to long-term investment of a town-centre scheme like this."
