Abito apartments in Salford Quays, Manchester.

With stunning waterside views, a stone's throw away from the world-famous Old Trafford football ground and a five-minute tram ride into the centre of Manchester city centre is the latest Abito scheme close to the heard of Salford Quays.
Work is currently underway on the second of the award-winning developments at Clippers Quay which will consist of 290 apartments with eight Abito Duos - two bedroom apartments with amazing, south-facing 600 sq ft roof terraces, complete with a bespoke-designed canopy to protect from the elements. And thanks to the success of the first Abito scheme at Greengate, 266 apartments have already been sold.
The latest Abito apartments at Salford Quays will be just as cleverly designed, by architects Building Design Partnership (BDP) but with additional and improved features including a larger bathroom with bath, and seating in the dramatic internal courtyard.
The apartments are once again aimed at first time buyers and young professionals, with prices starting from £109,000 for the standard apartment. It is expected to be completed by Autumn.
